The Gist: The Sioux Falls Driver’s License Express Station will stop taking walk-ins and switch to scheduled time slots, aiming to shorten lines. The site, open Wednesday through Friday, handles renewals, ID updates, and out-of-state transfers, with appointments from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
